I understand why people wouldn't like this if they're super fans of classic rock - this version is a gorgeous folky version. I think it's important to remember that listeners are allowed their own taste. I personally dig this version :-)

Music should move you....having said that I will say that I'm a HUGE Journey fan. This cover moves me to tears, so much emotion in your voice, what a fabulous job! No matter how many times I hear this, tears stream uncontrollably! My fiance found this and shared it with my about 2 years ago and I would love to have this played as I walk down the aisle towards him, the man I've known for half of my life, the man I should have married long ago.....THANK YOU Boyce Avenue for this song as well as all the others, we truly enjoy them!!

So beautiful. I've been a Journey and moreso a Steve Perry fan my whole life so it's not often I say this but you guys did a fantastic job and I think Steve would love it. It is so hard to cover his songs because his voice is SO powerful but you guys did it right. You have a lot to be proud of!

how am i just hearing this cover now? lol this is one of my all time favorite songs! love it <3 i think you guys would do a really great job with ed sheeran's "nancy mulligan" or "galway girl" or "barcelona" or "dive" or any of his songs lol its just i hear those songs and then think how great your voice would work with it. especially how you do your own acoustic versions. also a bunch from john mayers new album. emoji of a wave, love on the weekend, never on the day you leave, roll it on home, in the blood....ok ill stop lol i just would love to hear you sing those :)

He has got t be by far the best singer i have ever heard in my life of 43 yrs, ....He brings tears to my eyes with every song he sings...He is a true miracle, and God sent to those who need him in there lives who suffer with everyday struggles, cause when i listen to him , i go somewhere else and forget that i have cancer.....thank you so much Boyce Avenue....your my one way ticket to happiness, even if it is only short lived......keep singing. please.......

Just found this, EXCELLENT! I subscribed - nice stereo separation. Clean sound is what I need when relaxing and this will do it. Former lead guitarist in early 1970's working rock 'n' roll band.
