Brilliant artwork by Mark Norton. The Voodoo Lounge album is really good and underrated. In fact to me is their best album since "Tattoo You" (1981).
I saw them on that tour in Gijón (Spain), June 1995, and it was spectacular, as great as ever. Nobody in this fuckin' world can match them on stage.

Ian McCulloch,Will Sergeant ,Les Pattison, ,and then the superlative percussionist Peter de Freitas joined .They were the Bunnymen. Peter died in '87 in a motorcycle crash Stephen and Gillian Morris of New Order told me that he is buried in Reading . Ian and Will are still busy .
As for the Stones, they left behind their beautiful songs while touring , such as Back Street Girl, I am Waiting ,Child of the Moon, and all of the great songs of Their Satanic Majesties Request. They only play She's a Rainbow, after a contest made it happen. They have been pretty boring after Sticky Fingers . The Bunnymen have just as many great songs as the Stones.

Uhhh...this isn't the story that the band tells. This guy may have packaged it as album art, but Keith painted the original. QUOTE: The title comes from the name Keith Richards gave to Ronnie Wood's granny flat when he moved in there, and he painted the cover too – but somehow it was Mick's idea to use it. "I was really pissed with myself, though, after painting the sign and all," said Keef. "I'm usually the one with the cheap ideas, not Mick. His are usually real expensive."

I always thought "bunnyman" was female....maybe the gender is purposefully ambiguous. That would be a typically "Stones" thing to do.

I almost died when I was 14 trying to meet Mick Jagger. I ran away from my home in Virginia trying to find him and I hitched rides.. one of the rides I got raped and stabbed and thrown out the car in a corn field left for dead. I was bleeding out badly but managed to crawl to the road where a family stopped and took me to the hospital. I was seconds away from death. Needless to say.. I never got to meet Mick! Young and dumb

Maybe u were young and dumb but what u say happened is totally horrendous! To be raped and stabbed then left to die is too much to try and explain. Extremely horrendous to happen! Hope hour okay now 😯
