This version is actually the complete opposite in my opinion. The original is showing how Matt is fed up and seriously trying to break out. But this version is like showing the inside of what he’s feeling and how he’s been suffering but he can only show the other version of him from the original version. The original is like “Screw this I’m breaking out” but this version is like saying “Please let me break out it hurts a lot” from deep down inside. The music speaks itself. What an art.

I don't know how anyone could call muse "sell outs" considering how unique literally every album is.
Not once have I listened to a muse album and said
"Man it really sucks they're just copying what's popular and doing nothing unique at all"

I really disliked all the singles published before the album, except The Dark Side. But listening the full, album, all took a meaning. I thought that ST will be a disappointement, of course It's not. This version of The Dark Side is one of my fav too

I too have had that old familiar feeling I got when Muse put out their 1st and 2nd albums. Before the last concert I went to hearing a kid shout behind me “This is on Guitar Hero!” (which made me sad instantly). They have a right to feel out their range but it makes me feel happy when they go back to what they are best doing.

I'm absolutely blown away by the alternate reality versions. I had no idea they would be this good. Definitely getting my money's worth on the Deluxe version.
