Alchemist produced it, but all 3 of his Cutting Room Floor projects have included some songs that had been heard before. The projects are meant for songs that never came out on officially released albums. You are right in that this last one, Cutting Room Floor 3, seemed to have more previously released music than the 1st 2 volumes.
